Pricing
Let's face it. Sooner or later everyone asks about price so lets cover it now. It is a traditional game between buyer and seller to ask up front for a price before the specifications of the project are known. We don't have a standard price. We quote on a project basis per client. The basis for our charging is that you pay us for our time and expertise in research. What we don't do is mark up the cost of externally purchased facilities as we think you should pay us for our expertise not for our ability to mark up viewing facilities and the like. So our billing is transparent and honest.
Of course if you buy research on lowest cost then you do get what you pay for. We have been in the industry for a long time and know what some suppliers do (or rather don't do) out of sight of the client to enable very low cost research to be offered. We don't compete at the bottom end of the pricing scale.
We quote on a per job or per project basis and we offer excellent value for money because we deliver a high quality service. We would say that wouldn't we! However, we think it is true and our clients agree. One of the hidden costs of research is ending up with outcomes that are of no real use, which is not only a waste of money but costly in terms of lost credibility on the part of the person that commissions it and lost time and effort on the part of the company.
Part of our quality approach is that you will work continuously with the same team of senior experienced people within our business giving you continuity and ensuring we build a knowledge of your business that enables us to offer advice built on our experience of your business. As career moves in marketing are frequent, we often find ourselves having worked longer with the product or company than the marketing managers for whom we work and so provide a source of continuity of knowledge to be drawn upon.
We are committed to 'saving more than we cost' and helping you to make more profitable decisions so will offer you a price based on the lowest cost we are prepared to work at without compromising the quality of the outcome.
