About us

People learn in the split second when they realise things for themselves. That 'ahaa' moment when the 'penny drops', when suddenly all makes sense: This moment is an Epiphany.

 

We help people become more profitable through generating the moments of insight that enable them to do their job more effectively for the benefit of themselves, their team, the organisation and the customer. We work with senior staff in a number of large multinationals and the top professional and financial firms. Most of our work is in Europe.

 

Epiphanies LLP is a learning and organisational development company built around a unique set of principles and approaches that deliver value to our clients by improving their bottom line results. This translates into the simple vision of helping our client to 'profit by changing behaviour'. These principles and approaches have recently been the subject of a 3 month research study conducted by the University ofSheffield.
